n order to actively respond to the high-quality development of chongqing sand and stone industry and effectively guarantee the supply of sand and stone resources for the city's infrastructure construction and major projects, Chongqing Yujian Mining and Sanming Heavy Industry formally signed a project contract, and built a new environmental protection intelligent fine sand and stone aggregate production line with an hourly output of 1000 tons.  

◎ Project Overview:  

Project location: Sanxi Town, Dianjiang County, Chongqing;  Mining area: 0.3202km²;  Design capacity: 1000 tons per hour.  Project investment: the total investment is expected to be 240 million yuan.  

Equipment configuration: ZSW600×200 double shaft feeder, PCZ-1820 heavy hammer crusher, PCE-1622 fine crushing hammer crusher, 3DYS-3675 double shaft vibrating screen, PLZ-1263 vertical shaft impact crusher, 3YKR-3675 circular vibrating screen, etc  

Related equipment: belt transportation system, electrical control system, intelligent loading system, environmental protection dust removal system, intelligent mine management system  

Finished material: 0-5mm fine sand, 5-10mm, 10-16mm, 16-26mm four specifications of finished material.  

◎ Project process and planning:  

This production line adopts PCZ1820 heavy-duty hammer crusher of Sanming Heavy Industry, the capacity of a single unit can reach 800 ~ 1500 tons per hour, its high output, large crushing ratio, high molding rate, because the equipment adopts mud leakage structure, has the effect of screening out soil to improve the quality of sand;  One PCE hammer crusher is used for material processing, and two vertical shaft shaping sand making machine PLZ1263 is selected for stone shaping, so that the finished product has excellent grain shape and reasonable gradation, meeting the requirements of high-quality materials for water conservancy, hydropower, high-speed railway, bridge and airport projects.  

The finished goods warehouse is steel plate tank warehouse, with less dust and noise, which meets the national emission standards and meets the requirements of green mine construction.  At the same time, equipped with intelligent central control system, intelligent loading system, to achieve the plant production remote control, optimization scheduling, safety management, greatly improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity.  

The project takes green environmental protection, energy saving and high efficiency, intelligent automatic as the design concept, takes green mine, first-class mine and harmonious mine as the standard, and strives to become the new benchmark of green mine in Chongqing.
