Recently, a 5 million ton/year e processing production line in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, supplied with complete crushing equipment and technical support by Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry, has successfully completed full-line comming and trial operation with material, entering smooth production. Combining local climate, site conditions, and production capacity needs, Sanming Hey customized a complete process solution after on-site surveying: jaw crusher for coarse crushing mud removal screen for impurity removal VF impact crusher for medium and fine crushing and shapinar vibrating screen for grading. The entire production chain features clear division of labor and strong adaptability, utiliz combination of Jaw Crusher VF Impact Crusher to establish a benchmark for short-process, high-efficiency production: - Coarse crushing with deep-chamber jaw crusher: Processes laoulders with a high reduction ratio, no clogging, and stable operation, completing preliminary size reduction. - Mud removal screening: Effectively separates ore from mud and clay impurities, significaning material mud content. It provides clean raw materials for subsequent crushing, screening, and sand-making processes, reducing blockages, jamming, and excessive wear on equipment. - Dual-purpose VF Impact Crusher: Relying on impact crushing principles, it effectively breaks up materials and modifies aggregate shape based on the high hardness and rounded nature of boulders. Ite proportion of flaky and elongated particles, ensuring the regularity of crushed stone products to meet infrastructure material standards. - Efficient separation with circular vibrating screen: Effectively screens different speci of finished aggregates (such as 1-2 stone, 1-3 stone, 0-3mm sand, etc.), strictly controlling the particle size distribution of the finishect to ensure that the particle size of each specification meets engineering standards.

To celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), thoroughly study and implement the Party’s innovative theories, carry forward the red heritage, strengthen Party spirit cultivation, and give full play to the core role of Party building in guiding the high-quality development of the enterprise, the Party Branch of Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. organized some Party members and Party activists to visit the Former Residence and Memorial of Comrade Liu Bocheng on June 25. They participated in a red study tour themed Party Day activity for the July 1st Celebration under the theme “Inherit Red Genes, Promote the Spirit of the Military God, Unite as One to Boost Development”..jpeg)

The venue was solemn and reverent. All participants lined up neatly with neat appearances and Party badges pinned on their chests. They presented flowers to Marshal Liu Bocheng and reviewed the Party admission oath with profound reverence. The powerful, resonant oaths once again tempered their original aspiration for Party membership, consolidated their ideals and convictions, and strengthened their sense of responsibility and mission.
On site, the Party branch issued political birthday cards to Party members celebrating their political birthdays, guiding them to always bear in mind their identity as CPC members and forever preserve their vanguard character.

Led by professional commentators, all participants visited the exhibition halls of the former residence in sequence. They thoroughly learned about Marshal Liu Bocheng’s life journey of setting lofty aspirations in his youth, forging ahead with perseverance, and dedicating his life to serving the motherland, and deeply perceived the profound devotion to home and country as well as noble Party self-cultivation of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries.
Later, the group entered the Memorial of Comrade Liu Bocheng to systematically study the marshal’s glorious revolutionary deeds spanning a lifetime of military campaigns, masterful strategic planning, bravery in tough battles, and a pragmatic and truth-seeking work style. They received immersive education on Party history, Party spirit and work conduct, undergoing profound ideological baptism and all-round tempering of Party character.
During the exchange and discussion session, all participants shared their learning insights in depth by combining their own job responsibilities and the company’s development realities. Everyone reached a consensus: the Spirit of the Military God embodied by Marshal Liu Bocheng—fearlessness of hardships, courage to tackle tough challenges, pragmatic dedication and prowess in arduous battles—aligns closely and shares the same origin with Sanming Heavy Industry’s corporate "Battle Culture" of rising to difficulties, daring to forge ahead and tackling challenges through solid work.
This red study tour achieved in-depth integration of red spirit inheritance, corporate culture development and production & operation growth. Going forward, the Party Branch of Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. will continue to drive development through Party building, integrate the core essence of the Military God Spirit deeply into the construction of the corporate "Battle Culture" system, and translate the achievements of this study tour into powerful practical momentum for technological innovation, output upgrading, market breakthroughs and service improvement.
