01.Sichuan Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture Project

The project is designed with a production capacity of 500 tons per hour. Tailored to the processing characteristics of limestone, it is equipped with PEW deep cavity jaw crushers, VF new-type impact crushers, VCX sand making machines, YKR vibrating screens, and a complete set of washing equipment to create an efficient and comprehensive crushing and screening production line. Currently, the construction team is racing against the clock to fully advance equipment installation, with all processes proceeding steadily. Equipment commissioning is expected to be completed by mid-May, after which it will officially enter production operation.

02.Jiangxi Jiujiang Technical Upgrading and Transformation Project

This project focuses on the technological iteration and upgrading of the production line. Leveraging the demand for processing high-quality limestone and dolomite, it implements specialized equipment modifications by configuring brand-new UZL vertical shaft impact crushers, DYS dual-shaft vibrating screens, core hosts for the washing production line, and an intelligent conveying system, thereby comprehensively improving production efficiency and product quality. Currently, the entire set of core host equipment has arrived at the project site in batches, installation work is fully underway, and commissioning and production are scheduled to be completed by mid-May.

03. Xinjiang Turpan Modular Crushing Project

As a modular production line project adapted for the special working conditions of high-altitude and Gobi regions, the project utilizes Sanming Heavy Industry's mature modular integratioechnology to integrate the PEW deep-cavity jaw crusher, VF impact crusher, and YKR circular vibrating screen onto a unified modular platform, featuring core advantages such as rapid installation, convenientmaintenance, and strong adaptability. Currently, the overall assembly of the modular platform has been completed, and equipment installation is entering the final stages, with formal production expected to commency the end of April.

04.Kyrgyzstan Overseas Crushing Production Line Project

Deeply cultivate the Central Asian market and build benchmark projects! This pebble crushing production line project is equipped with classic crushing and screening equipment anming Heavy Industry, covering core equipment such as the PEW deep-cavity jaw crusher, VF impact crusher, and YKR circular vibrating screen. Currently, the installation and commissithe crushing and conveying systems have been successfully completed, and the construction of the intelligent control system is being advanced with full force to ensure the project commences production and operation on schedule by the end of April. Recently, a batch of modular mining equipment from Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry, embodying the robust strength of Chongqing intelligent manufacturing, has completed long-distance transportation and safely arrived at the construction site of the Shanshan–Kumush Section of Xinjiang S24 Expressway. Integrating high efficiency, stability and intelligence, this crushing and screening equipment will be fully deployed in the project, forging a solid "lifeline" of aggregate supply for a key western transportation hub project, and empowering high-quality development of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt through solid work and responsibility.

The Shanshan–Kumush Section of S24 Expressway, a key transportation infrastructure project of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, stretches 182.038 kilometers and serves as a critical link connecting the G30 and G3012 trunk highways. Traversing complex areas including the Flaming Mountains and the Kumtag Desert, the project, upon completion, will end the history of local residents taking detours to enter or exit Xinjiang, significantly enhancing transportation connectivity and mineral transport efficiency in eastern Xinjiang. It holds milestone strategic significance for optimizing the regional road network, boosting cultural and tourism development, and promoting economic and social progress along the route.
 
To fully meet the project’s construction demands, Sanming Heavy Industry has custom-developed a modular crushing and screening production line, integrating three core pieces of equipment: the PEW Series Jaw Crusher, the VF New-type Impact Crusher, and the YKR Series Vibrating Screen. This forms a highly efficient full-process processing system of "primary crushing + secondary crushing + screening". With a designed hourly capacity of 200,000 to 300,000 tons, the line efficiently handles crushing challenges of high-hardness parent rocks such as basalt. The finished crushed stone features excellent particle shape, low flakiness content and high compressive strength, with all indicators far exceeding national standards for expressway construction, guaranteeing high-quality aggregates for core works including subgrades, tunnels and bridges.
