Recently, led by the branch committee of the Communist Party of China Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., key personnel from the marketing center, technology research and development center, and customer service center organized a special activity called "Party Building Leads the Way in Mining". They visited the material processing sites and sand and gravel aggregate production bases of the high-speed rail projects in western China. With "high-standard quality, high-efficiency intelligence, and green safety" as the core guidance, they conducted on-site inspections to assess the effectiveness of high-standard material solutions. They used the red of party building to lead the blue of industry, contributing Sanming's strength to national infrastructure and the strategy of building a powerful transportation nation.

This event focused on key projects of the Yibin-Fuling High-Speed Railway and the Chongqing-Wanzhou High-Speed Railway in Chongqing, visiting project cooperation sites such as China Railway No.5 Engineering Group Co., Ltd., China Railway 11th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd., to conduct a comprehensive on-site inspection of the operating status of the crushing and screening equipment provided by Sanming Heavy Industry and the quality of finished aggregates. Data feedback showed that the customized process plan designed by the enterprise met all high-standard project requirements precisely, earning recognition from the partners with its core strength.

Adopting a one-cut boring process and a high-quality steel plate welded frame, the deep cavity crushing eliminates dead zones; the electromechanical integration optimization design achieves fast feeding, no material blockage, a large crushing ratio, high efficiency, steady capacity improvement, and durability, firmly establishing the "first line of defense" in the crushing process.

The original three-chamber five-stage crushing and shaping process is suitable for secondary intermediate crushing. It can adjust the proportion of crushed stone and finished sand materials according to production needs. The finished crushed stone has a low needle-like content and excellent roundness, laying the foundation for high-quality aggregates.

The optimized design of the four-blade impeller, iterative upgrades of the crushing chamber shape, and innovative shaft combination methods have significantly improved the shaping and sand making effects. Additionally, the operation is simple, and the functions of shaping and sand making can be quickly interchanged, creating a high-quality aggregate with "attractive appearance".

Scientific optimization of the five-stage crushing chamber enables precise control over the crushing and striking angles of materials. Multiple breakthroughs have been achieved in terms of sand production yield, motor energy consumption, powder content control, and particle shape grading. High-quality sand production can be achieved for materials ranging from 3-5mm, 5-10mm, to those below 60mm, with rounded particle shapes and continuous grading, demonstrating industry-leading advantages.
